What do we do to our Rayburns before we ship them?

All Rayburns will have the fire box rebuilt before they leave our factory. A new brick set will be fitted as well as the ashpit plate, the carrier and the grate. If it appears that the oven temperature gauge is faulty we shall replace this as well. All rope seals will be replaced as a matter of safety.

All cookers can be delivered and installed but as the cost is based on travelling distance please contact me for a quotation. I will however install anywhere within the UK.

RAYBURN SPARE PARTS

We stock many second hand parts for all Rayburn Cookers. This includes many of the hard to come by or obsolete parts For both Solid Fuel and early Oil OF7 and OF22 models.

FIRE BRICKS FOR WOOD BURNING STOVES

We can supply fire bricks for most wood burning stoves. All we require is the size of brick that you need and we will cut to size for you. Alternatively you tell us what size you require (oversize) and you cut it yourself. A conventional wood saw will do the job. This fire brick material is not suitable for Rayburn Cookers.

This material comes in two thicknessese, 25mm and 30mm. You can have it plain or as a decorative brick finish and is paintable. The sheet sizes are 610mm X 1000mm .
 

Flue Pipe

We have in stock second hand lengths of Selkirk SM and SMW stainless steel pipe, including banding clips Ts, elbows and drains. Please contact me with specific requests and to get current prices.

We also have in stock black vitreous enamel steel pipe 6” diameter, various lengths  and elbows 45 and 135.
